Hi, I’m Khushali

a tech consultant and strategist dedicated to resourcing mission-driven organizations that serve marginalized communities. With over ten years of experience in product management, operations, and systems strategy, I help organizations streamline their work so they can focus on what matters most—creating meaningful change.

I started my career in corporate tech consulting, working with major brands like Lexus, Union Bank, First American, & Kaiser Permanente. While I gained valuable experience across industries, I realized that traditional corporate work wasn’t aligned with my deeper purpose. I wanted my skills to support work that is human-centered, equity-driven, and impactful.

That’s what led me to create KP Collective, a practice built to empower organizations with the tools, strategies, and operational clarity they need to thrive. I collaborate with nonprofits, grassroots movements, and mission-driven companies to build sustainable, people-first systems that help them scale their impact.

My Approach

As a second-generation Indian-American, I bring a deep understanding of navigating complexity—whether it’s balancing cultures, restructuring organizations, or finding creative solutions to systemic challenges. My approach is rooted in equity, efficiency, and care, ensuring that every system we build is designed to support real people doing real work.

Here’s a little more about me

  • I’m born and raised in Southern California. Growing up I often felt caught between two cultures, but over time, I’ve learned to live in the “hyphen” and define my own way of being Indian-American.

  • I live with my partner and our three fur babies—Athena, Apollo, and Ari. Their names were inspired by our first international trip together to Greece.

  • I have been practicing yoga since childhood, I was lucky to learn it from my Ba (grandma). In an effort to deepen my own practice and tap into my ancestral knowledge, I recently graduated from a decolonized, Yoga Teacher Training taught by the amazing Susanna Barkataki!
